Yoga, meditation, and embodied practices for connection, presence, and inner renewal.

Join us at Inekawa’s sanctuary in Howey-in-the-Hills for welcoming, grounded community events designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and be part of something meaningful.

Our events are open to the Central Florida community. No previous experience is needed.

Find Your Practice

Whether you are seeking movement, stillness, energy, grounding, or a supportive place to begin again, our events offer simple ways to come back to yourself and connect with others.

Yoga

Kundalini builds energy through breath, movement, and mantra. Yin slows everything down with long, restorative holds. Both are donation-based and open to all levels, with no experience needed.

Sound Journey

This guided sound meditation invites you to slow down and reconnect through the gentle resonance of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other carefully selected instruments.

Meditation

Settle into stillness with guided meditation classes, new this November and December. Learn to quiet the mind, steady the breath, and rest in the present moment, whether you’re brand new or returning to practice.

First-Time Attendees: All participants complete a one-time waiver before their first event. It covers all holistic activities with Inekawa: breathwork, yoga, and sound healing, so you only need to do it once. Complete your waiver here.
