Integration + Support Groups
Grounding Through the Journey
The journey doesn’t end when a retreat concludes, it deepens as you bring insights, clarity, and new ways of being into everyday life. Integration is the process of grounding transformation into daily rhythms, relationships, and choices.
At Inekawa, support groups are open to everyone, not only those who have attended a retreat. Whether you're continuing your journey with us or simply looking for a supportive community, our groups and sessions offer a space to reflect, connect, and keep moving forward. Every participant is welcome at no additional cost.

Family Support Group
This work doesn't just affect the person who attended a retreat, it touches families and relationships too. Our Family Support Group offers guidance and understanding for loved ones supporting someone on this path.
1st Wednesday of each month, 6:00 pm ET
with Brad Sterner & Kala Hall
Private Integration Sessions
For those wanting more personalized support, one-on-one sessions are available online via Zoom. These sessions offer a focused space to reflect, work through what came up at your retreat, and figure out next steps with individual guidance.
60-minute session: $150 (sliding scale available)
Thanks to donor support, scholarships and sliding-scale options help us keep these sessions accessible to anyone who needs them.
Integration is a lifelong practice. And it belongs to everyone. That's why our groups are open to all, regardless of whether you've attended a retreat. With donor support, we're able to keep these spaces free and accessible as part of our mission to support healing and community.

Integration is essential for grounding and making sense of the insights, emotions, and revelations experienced during an Inekawa retreat. Without proper integration, these powerful shifts may fade or become difficult to incorporate into daily life. Through integration, you can process these experiences, allowing them to transform your perspective, behavior, and overall sense of purpose in a lasting way.
-
During our weekly integration calls, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences in a safe, supportive group setting. These calls allow you to share insights, receive guidance, and connect with others who are on similar journeys. With the help of our integration coaches, you’ll explore ways to bring the retreat’s teachings into your daily life and maintain the growth you experienced.

Integration is ongoing. Many participants find value in staying connected weekly or monthly to sustain growth and community.
