Our Programs

Spiritual Retreats

Our retreats combine guided workshops, nature-based group practices, and structured integration support in a small-group setting near Clermont, Florida. Retreats are designed for anyone seeking to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with a clearer sense of purpose. Participants leave with concrete tools for carrying what they've learned into daily life.

Integration & Support

Insights from a retreat weekend can fade quickly without a plan for carrying them forward. Our weekly integration circles and support groups give participants a recurring space to process what came up, stay accountable to changes they want to make, and stay connected to a community that understands the work.

Yoga, Breathwork, Events

Inekawa runs donation-based yoga and breathwork sessions open to the Central Florida community, including Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, and guided breathwork classes. These sessions are a lower-commitment way to experience our approach to grounding and self-awareness. Held weekly at our sanctuary in Howey-in-the-Hills.

Veterans Program (WGP)

The Wounded Guardians Project is a program built specifically for veterans carrying the weight of their service, including moral injury, hypervigilance, and isolation. The program pairs our standard retreat structure with peer community and integration support tailored to that experience, and financial assistance is available so cost isn't a barrier to attending.

Preparation Guide

Our retreat preparation and integration guide walks new participants through what to expect before, during, and after a retreat weekend, including how to prepare physically and mentally for the experience.

Scholarship Programs

Through donor support, Inekawa offers partial and full scholarships so that financial need never determines who gets access to this work. Scholarship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and prioritized by need.
