Meditation

Quiet the mind’s noise and settle into stillness. A 75-minute practice for every mind, no experience needed.

Sundays 3:00 pm

Howey In The Hills, FL

New classes begin November 8th and run through December.

Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind or getting it “right.” It’s about learning to sit with what’s here, breathe, and meet each moment with a little more ease. Whether you’ve practiced for years or have never sat still for five minutes, you’re welcome here. Each class is guided, so you’ll always know what to do next.

Class Details

Our meditation classes are held indoors at Inekawa’s Sanctuary in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, just minutes from Clermont. Sessions run about 75 minutes.

Wear comfortable clothing you can sit in. Bring a water bottle. We provide cushions, mats, and props, and chairs are available if sitting on the floor isn’t comfortable.

First-time attendees complete a one-time waiver before their first class. It covers all Inekawa community events, so you only need to do it once. Complete your waiver here.

A Note on Participation: Meditation is appropriate for most people, and our classes are designed to be gentle and accessible. Quiet, inward practices can sometimes bring up strong emotions. If you are currently working through a difficult life circumstance or have concerns about whether this class is right for you, please consult your healthcare provider or reach out before registering at info@inekawa.org. Meditation classes are for educational and personal-growth purposes and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

We will never turn anyone away for inability to contribute. If cost is a barrier, please come anyway.
