Yin Yoga
Slow down, sink in, and stretch deeper. A 75 minute practice for every body, no experience needed.
Sundays 1:30 pm
Howey In The Hills, FL
New classes begin November 8th and run through December.
Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, yin asks you to settle, breathe, and let go. Each pose is held for several minutes, giving your body the time it needs to truly open and release. The result is greater flexibility, improved mobility, and a sense of ease you'll carry with you long after you leave the mat.
What is Yin Yoga?
01 — Connective Tissue Work
Yin targets the fascia, ligaments, and joints. By holding the postures, you reach deeper layers of the body.
02 — Nervous System Regulation
The stillness of yin activates the parasympathetic nervous system, your rest-and-restore mode.
03 — Flexibility & Mobility
Patient, sustained holds create lasting changes in range of motion. Leave feeling longer, looser, and lighter.
04 — Inward Practice
Yin is as much a meditation as it is a physical practice. Holding a posture requires presence.
