Inekawa Foundation offers intimate spiritual retreats in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, near Clermont and approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Our 3-day retreats create space to step away from the pace of daily life, reconnect with yourself, and spend meaningful time in a peaceful sanctuary.

Through yoga, embodied practices, non-duality teachings, nourishing meals, time in nature, integration circles, and genuine community, each retreat is designed to support reflection, presence, and a deeper connection to what matters most.

You do not need prior retreat, yoga, or meditation experience to join us. Come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to slow down.

What is an Inekawa Retreat?

An Inekawa retreat is a 3-day, 2-night program held near Clermont, Florida, combining mindfulness-based teachings, yoga, guided nature-based group practices, and structured integration support. Retreats run monthly, host small groups for a more personal experience, and include organic vegan meals and shared or semi-private accommodations.

Some retreat weekends include additional optional experiences with an independent organization, Inekawa Conscious Awakening Center. Our team can walk you through what's included when you apply or schedule a call.

Arrival, welcome, orientation, workshops, guided evening session

Saturday:

Workshops, integration, meals, additional guided sessions

Sunday:

Breakfast, integration, closing circle, farewells

What is Included in the Retreat?

Your retreat includes a comfortable place to rest, nourishing meals, and access to the 40 acre sanctuary throughout the weekend. All inclusive.

  • Accommodation options may include:

    Sanctuary Room: A communal shared room with twin XL beds for guests seeking an accessible, community-centered retreat experience.

    Women’s and Men’s Shared Rooms: Smaller shared accommodations designed for guests who prefer a quieter room setting.

    Hidden Haven: A semi-private accommodation option for guests seeking additional privacy and comfort.

    All beds are made with eco-conscious or organic cotton bedding to support a comfortable and restful stay.

  • Retreat stays include organic vegan and vegetarian plant-based meals prepared fresh by our in-house chef. Whenever available, seasonal produce is harvested from our on-property organic garden.

    Meals are thoughtfully prepared without seed oils and with a focus on simple, nourishing ingredients that support a grounded retreat experience.

  • Inekawa’s sanctuary is located on 40 private acres outside of Clermont, offering a quiet and secluded environment.

    Our space includes a saltwater pool, treehouse, organic garden, outdoor showers, yoga studio, and trails for walking and quiet time.

  • Retreat pricing begins at $1,599* and varies with accommodation level and type of retreat.

Our retreats are held at the Inekawa Sanctuary in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, a peaceful Central Florida setting near Clermont and Orlando.

Set among open land and natural beauty, the sanctuary offers space to rest, breathe, and step outside the rhythms of ordinary life. Between workshops and group practices, you may spend time walking the property, sitting by the pool, journaling, sharing meals, or simply enjoying stillness.

Located approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), Inekawa offers an accessible retreat experience for participants throughout Florida and beyond.
