Meet Rita
Rita is a certified Integrated Hatha Yoga teacher (200-hour RYT) and Meditation Facilitator (100-hour MTT) with over a decade of personal practice in yoga and mindfulness. Her journey into teaching is rooted in lived experience, having used yoga and meditation as essential tools in their own recovery from addiction. Rita brings authenticity, empathy, and purpose to every class she leads.
Her teaching blends the foundational principles of traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga with the stillness and insight of guided meditation. With a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation. Rita creates welcoming spaces where students can reconnect with their bodies, calm the mind, and explore personal healing at their own pace.
Drawing on both formal training and personal transformation; Rita offers a grounded, accessible approach to practice, meeting students where they are and helping them build resilience, presence, and inner peace both on and off the mat.
