A steady, balanced practice using classical postures and breath-linked movement. This one-hour Hatha yoga class invites students of all levels to build strength, flexibility, and focus through postures held with intention, paired with conscious breathing.
Unlike faster-paced styles, Hatha asks you to move deliberately, breath leading each transition. Postures are held long enough to test your edge without overwhelming it. The result? Greater strength, steadier balance, and a calm focus you'll carry with you long after you leave the mat.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to build a strong foundation, this class meets you exactly where you are. No prior experience required, just a willingness to show up and breathe.
Our yoga classes are held indoors at Inekawa’s Sanctuary in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, just minutes from Clermont. Sessions run around 60 minutes.
Classes are offered at no cost, with donations welcome to support our yoga programs.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. Bring a water bottle. We’ve got the yoga mats and props.
First-time attendees complete a one-time waiver before their first class. It covers all Inekawa community events including yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, so you only need to do it once. Complete your waiver here.
